Well if you can't spend much then I suggest thermite if you do not live in a city lol, just realize that when lit you are NOT going to put it out. Just draw with the powder and light. I works for cutting through just about anything.

thanks guys,Ive been building benchs tables and potting tables and stuff lately,doing up my yard you know,got some of the metal suns on my fence and a metal frog,realy just wanna make my own because they cost so much,and if I get going with something I like,maybe I can make them to sell too.

Jason, you don't have to go buy a big fancy oxy torch. man... tin snips or a crappy angle grinder and a few files, pot rivets and adhesives.
it doesn't have to be expensive if you want to put work into it.
