So your just ignoring the possibility of giving your fish Alzheimer's disease?

:D

Boiling is a possiblity, but you'd have to be able to rotate it in all directions.

From another gearhead, it does have a cool factor.

I wouldn't mind seeing a waterfall coming out of a GMC 671

You could always give it a clear epoxy coating to be safe. I would also suggest a universal remote control. ;-)

to clean the engine block put it in the dishwasher and fill the salt container to the brim and pour lots of salt in the bottom of it too andrun it on very high temperature, thats what my step dad used to do to the cylinder heads of his turbo engines to clean them!!! they used to come out sparkly!!

I was not awear of the issue which is why i posted to ask this. What exactly causes the Alzehimers effect from the metal? (feel free to go all scientific, I can understand most.)

The return flow coming back into the tank through a 6/71 is a brilliant idea!

The one i used for the table was on the receiving end of a good steam down from a pressure washer with the temp right up, that did a good job. What added benefits would the salt give?
