I had that problem embedding vids. You've got to hit the button at the top right corner of the message tool box to switch to "editor mode." Then you post the copied embed code between the /yt things and it should work.
 
Rmorse it appears to be seperating it correctly but the video itself did not turn into a link. Does not matter. The important thing is that you guys check out Rose Funeral becuase they are cool. By the way is anybody here in a band?
