Metriaclima lombardoi Help...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i would buy in large numbers, when they are under 2", from my experience you can't usually go by there color to say its a female. I got a suprise myself.

I raised this kennyi since 1" and thought it was a female going by color and around 2.5-3" it transformed to the male coloration.

alrighty =] thanks bro! and that male is nice also yur female! yea i have 2 blue ones like that so figuring their females...but 1 is bluish orange...so is that a female also? that lone specimen kinna got me off guard since i was thinking its a male then a female...but dont know which one it is...lol btw...is it normal for some to have more bars than others? I have 2 that has less banding and the rest has many more bars running their body. Plz do post more pics =] and thanks for all the info yu all giving me

Usually you can tell if they are male by how they act especially at more than 3 inches... But yeah as I said females coloration can vary... I think they only get to about 4-5 inches full grown, and they should have 6 bars I do believe... if they have more than 6 bars they could be metriaclima estherae or cobalt blue mabye...
