how do I mix it with frozen shrimp or frozen bloodworm since they don't soak?

Can get something called seachem focus and will act as a gel to bind it.

ya I got the focus med too, but im just wondering, do I mix them with tank water first and then put the food in to soak it?

Would mix with Epsom salt mix (1/2cup water and 3/4 tsp Epsom salt).
