I feel ya!! I ended up keeping my TATF solo in a 270 because no other fish seemed to work!!

Cool. Out of curiosity Jason, is your 14"er eyeballed or actual measurement? Not that I don't believe you as you are an upstanding gentleman, but the 12"ers I saw were HUGE & MASSIVE I can just imagine a 14"er/15"er. As you know once they pass the 8" mark, an extra inch is substantial as they grow vertical/horizontal.

I sold 2 off and measured them when out at 12 and this guy is noticeably bigger.. so eyeballed but bigger then a measured 12!
 
I had to put down a couple of 16 YO redhooks today. One was 11" other 10". One had gone blind and couldn't find food, the other just quit eating.

Sorry for your lost Rodger... taking care of anything for that long is already differcult, I can't imagine having to put them down.:(
