Fine, if they are the rules, I'll do another, but like I said mine is not a violation of the rules because it's not a photo

Am I allowed to use photoshop or only paint?

MS paint only no photoshop

Also we will be able to determine if you used a photo under and painted over it... its not that hard so dont do it!!

I know it's not that hard, I won't do it, the only point I was trying to make is there was photo in my piece, or under it, it was just based on 2 photos

I'll make another one tomorrow, freestyle, paint.

I think the basic rules are clear and not hard to understand.

Maybe I was wrong ...
