MFK Chat room?

I think it would cause way to much drama and it might take away attention from the forums

Just another idea is all. You could even have 2 or 3 rooms dedicated to specific topics like...

a bottom dwellers room
a general monster room
(and of course a pike room for peanut)

I do not think there will be that many people where you would need to split up into sections.

I think a great deal of what happens in the Lounge and other general interaction with the members on various subjects would take in the chat, thus even help clean up the forum from all kinds of random threads in the lounge.

Very good point I never thought about it that way. But isn't that what the lounge is for?

i think there would be less interpretation because you can hear the tone in the voice

tone is everything in telling whether you mean it or not, etc,etc.

It was discussed among the staff at the time.
I for one would not use it. I don't like chat rooms, partly because I am a slow typist, and partly because of the crap flaming that starts up. As a forum site some time for thought and even research is available, hell, I don't even like instant messaging.
