MFK Coffee Addicts?

So who is a junkie? What do you use; espresso machine, instant, nespresso, filter, plunger, intravenous drip? Favourite blends/brands? Short black or latte? How many cups per day?

I've been staying at my folks this week while we have our wooden floors re-varnished, and I'm really starting to miss my moka pot, I don't drink a huge amount, but one in the morning before I go to work is compulsary. I'm sure there's plenty of others out there hooked on the worlds favourite drug.



And the first person to say something like "I don't like coffee" is a retard! Just move on, this ain't your thread... :p
 
I have just a regular coffee pot for my coffee but I do always use dunkin doughnut original blend for the coffee. I'm hooked on it. I'll probably drink 3 cups d day.

I've had to cut back in my old age. I used to drink a full pot of drip plus 2-3 24oz breves a day. Now I'm down to just 6 cups a day or 1 breve. Definitely addicted, as I get the brutal headache without my daily caffeine.

When I can get 100% pure Kona beans, I love that in the morning. Usually though I go darker roasts, 9-10's on the scale. When I can afford the good stuff, I buy the beans and stuff them in an airtight container in the dark then ground them as needed for freshness. And use filtered water. Right now just a normal automatic drip machine, I do want to do a press or something that keeps the grounds in contact with the water more.

Eh,of what kind though?....I love Cafe Bustelo.Its the only brand we keep and brew in the house...at least one cup a day for me and I like mine a little sweet with cream.
 
About 4 pots a day. I would drink more French press if it weren't so time consuming. Can't beat the speed of a bunn!
If I'm ordering something, it's a black eye.
I second the kona! If you can find the real deal, not that kona blend crap!

Amen. I can't stand that 10% crap in the grocery stores after the stand in my old job would sell me 100% kona beans, the girl that ran the stand's da owned a farm in Hawaii. Breve shots with pure kona beans for .50 cents was MORE than worth it.
 
Got a keurig machine if you guys are familiar with that. I by the pacific bold cups (Costco's brand for them) Only coffee for Keurig that I found to be strong enough. Need 1-2 cups a day lol
