Yes, that's how I read it too but it said its meant to combat a race to the computer or time zone advantages. Seems to me it creates those issues, not solve them

Yes i am aware of that. This situation I've been taking about is if the new continuous waivers were in use...

I didn't plan on changing the waiver settings unless a bunch of you wanted them changed. I didn't see any problem with our current system, though, as we haven't seem to have had any issues.
 
Isaac Redman has 22 points for me right now. Not bad for a free agent pickup, eh?
