wait so do all u guys buy ur stuff online? i only have 2 tanks so its still pretty cheap for me to just use lfs, but i understand u guys might have monster tanks n buyin in bulk or some crazy rare expensive fish online is cheaper or worth it. but i recently just bought 10 discus from aquabid does that count?

I buy most all my stuff online but I've got like 20 tanks. AquaBid is kind of a general term since there's so many sellers on there. Sort of like "Craigs List". It's not just one store or seller in particular. AquaClear 110's are $80 online and $130 at PetsMart & more than that at the local mom & pop LFS. When you need several of them it's just not worth it to go anywhere but online.

So true. Just like you can get an FX5 for $200 on ebay, and pay $400+ at your lfs.
