since the musclemilk thread was so huge and we have a lot of peole who are into fitness on this website and everyone has there own reasons for fitness i just want to see who is up for a fitness challenge. Since not everyone has a gym membership here ill keep it simple with stuff you can do yourself at a park or at home for pretty much everyone. So this is a benchmark workout to see where you stand. Essentially you your going to go for 20 minutes and do as many rounds as you can 1 round consists of 5 pullups 10 pushups and 15 squats bodyweight only. Now i know that not everyone can do pullups so do as many as you can then once you cant do anymore doing jumping pullups where you jump up to the bar and pull yourself the rest of the way. If you are in good shape you should be able to complete 20 rounds i myself can only get to 15 so far so i have a way to go still.
One thing is there is also a record for this workout that has not been beating for over a year just incase anyone wants to fib about doing a million rounds in 20 minutes. So who's in?????
