MFK Fitness challenge

i'll stick to 5km runs :S No upper strength for me!
 
I am shredded already.....I have posted my guns before, but I do not think a bunch of dudes really want to see another dudes guns.....Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut...lol...If anyone wants to see the cannons let me know and I will post them.....I can do probably 80 pullups....

Pshh, Bigspizz, I couldn't Imagen you with "cannons", I see you as a fat blob who sits at the computer and weighs 6 metric tonnes (kidding of course.. Or am i? >_> <_<). I bet you couldn't even do one :D

I can't to pull ups regularly because 1. I don't have a bar I can do it on

2. It shreds my hands, because I over work it.

Also, Lactic acid hits me hard too.

I'm going to prolly start running every morning from now on. I measured about 1/2" of fat on my stomach, not including skin. (you know, when you pull the skin from the side of your stomach, then you measure how much fat is there)
 
Sounds like a good thread. I was never overweight, but in an attempt to get "shredded," (I really want to look like bigspizz some day:D) I have lost 11 pounds in 2.5 months and have been lifting almost every other day.
