My friend who's in culinary school has a $500 set of knives that I would love to get my hands on. She's already supplemented it with a few other choice chef and butcher knives as well.

Right now all I have is is a Kershaw. Used to have several throwing stars as a kid but they are all stuck in pieces wood that were to high to reach as a 12 year old.
