It says Im obese but my doctor say I gotta loss 20 pounds, no more then 30. The site says 50 pounds to be in the upper limits of normal, so whos right?

So, either people are lying about their height/weight or MFK has a disproportionately high amount of normal people, and a very low amount of obese people.

Seeing as 1/3rd of American adults are classifed as obese...and this poll lists almost 5%.

I'm plain ol' average. But pushing the heavy side of that LOL. I know for people like my bf and my bf's brother, they're "severly obese" even though I can't pich a bit of skin off his arms. 'Round the middle I could pinch a bit, but only if I want to get my ass kicked. LOL

LOL me to....fortunatly havent hit the obese level. I only know one person in real life that is in the "normal" rage....and we all rag on him because he looks like an emaciated ethiopian.
