I think it is pretty self explanatory.. to anyone who has already been involved in groups that have regional sects... but if it is being taught to the mods.. I guess we'll just wait for you to finish learning what some of us already know

So Cal doesn't need anything else. They already have all the big cheap tanks, most all the cool fish and all the Ballers.

But we can't have Rays, Gars, a lot of Natives, or Snakeheads (even though I know that's the whole US)
