There actually have been multiple cases of people getting sued over tattooing copyrighted images / logos, however they have all been settled out of court so technically there is not a precedent. Tons of people do it (just think of all the tinkerbell tattoos alone) but that doesn't make it legal, Disney just hasn't sued yet. It's just a matter of time in the viral internet age until someone makes a big scene out of tattooing something that the copyright owner really dislikes and a public lawsuit begins.
