The month of June is open for group tours ,no problems there.

Regular tour is $14.95 PER Adult $9.95 for kids onder 12.
For the extra Behind the scenes tour is extra $10 each.

$150 or 15 people min. .....$10. each person extra.
But to book we must place 25% of Money in advance,

So basically it is an extra $10 and 25% advance non refundable deposit.
(I can not cover this.....I have 6 kids ! )

How did the other groups collect moneys ?
If you wait till you get there to buy your tickets,
you will not get in the behind the scenes tour.
Must be paid in advance for min. of 15 people & 25% of $150.00.
(rest in paid at the time of tour)

Paypal ? (too who ?)
Straight to Newport to an account for MFK tickets ?(don't know if this can be done ?)
The Advance 25% has to be paid a week ahead.

If there is 30 + people wanting to come we will have to split the tour into groups.The lady I spoke to said this was fine.

It cost no extra to pet the sharks they are parts of the regular tour.
We do not feed the shark either, just see where they make the food.
(and all the other behind the scenes stuff....)

have we figured out a way to get you the 10% yet? we should all do it at one time so that we can get it in and scheduled. it's hard though to know who's going without an exact date. is there anyway to schedule a date before we pay the down payment?

I think I will start with Saturday May 24th.....?
This is Memorial weekend,most will have monday off.

The 24th is on Saturday so if you travel far, you could maybe stay the weekend and tour Cincy.........
Cincy is Full of great things to see.....including the zoo,Cox arboritum (I know I am not spelling that right..),the old railroad station "union station" has 5 museums inside.( including a children's museum that Rocks ! )
2 or 3 different fish stores also.....

Will See If this date is Ok ?

Lets start with that Date and adjust if to many people can't make it.;)

I am thinking of setting up a paypal account just for this event.
That way it is never in my pocket and can refund if needed threw paypal back to who ever didn't make it.(they/Newport will not refund the deposit after it is paid !....I can before paid, if I am told soon enough to refund :))

p.s.If anyone want to use there creditcard to handle deposit and recieve the funds that would be easier.I do not like credit cards and don't have one:nilly:(I use savings for emergencies):naughty:
 
Anyone know how we're going to do it now?
Ddyerfamily is apparently gone, and she was the one who had everything planned.
 
i'm in if we can get one ill keep looking for more info but i'm there if i can get the weekend off
