my dogs like to break into our bearded dragons live cricket container and 'set them free' which is horrible because im terrified of insects! At least they hunt down and eat most of the free ones but every once in awhile I'll find an escapee hiding behind the fridge or one of the fishtanks (or hoping across the living room!) My dogs are lucky that they're cute...... ;)

I have a Fox terrier who likes to lick the glass of a fish tank he can reach from the sofa and sometimes drink from it. He also has chewed through 1 heater cord 1 light fixture cord and 2 powerheads in about a year. Im sure theres more that im forgetting hes done. But like the rest hes luck hes a cutie.

he's a nice looking dog... how could an animal so innocent be such a trouble maker :)

When I kept and bred geckos, one of my cats "liberated" over 900 crickets into our house. Between the two cats and the dog, I'm sure they've destroyed/eaten over $100 in stuff. I once left a sponge filter sitting on the floor next to a tank upstairs (where the dog knows she is not supposed to go) for one day and she snuck up there, found it, and shreaded it all over the room
