Wade's dunk was nasty, and so was his 27 in the first half. I actually felt bad for him in that game, the only other person who came to play was Chris Quinn, and that really sucks.

another note: I was paying attention to Stan Van Gundy in that game, and I'm not sure but he may actually be a pretty good coach. It's always hard to tell in the NBA because you get guys with a ton of talent who are just considered good coaches (don't get me started on Doc Rivers), then there's guys who are good coaches, but have no players. Stan looked like he was pretty solid, I loved him chewing his guys out when Wade hit a jumper and they were up by 20.

I love Van Gundy. He gets so excited he can barely talk. The fact that he was chewing them for Wade's jumper just goes along with the point he's a good coach, he's never satisfied. I loved it when he was miked in the first, and sat down next to the other coaches saying, "Oh no, he's gonna get 40 again, he's gonna get 40 again.....". (referring to Wade)

:ROFL::ROFL:Wade looks MVP'ish this year...The NBA is getting that Wilkins, Drexler, Jordan, Pippen, Barkley feel to it again. Wade is like Dominique crossed with John Stockton. His passing has hit a level that I did not know he had in him. That play by the team that I will not speak of was sick. They were playing golden state off the backboard..You guys know, the *Sonics :(

The, uh hmm, Sonic dunk was nice. :D Westbrook can get up. I never saw that in him at UCLA, kind of surprising.

Devin Harris hit one of the most disgustingly awesome buzzer beaters ever. That was incredible.

I know it was great. It was just ironic how there was no foul called on his first shot and then he drains the second with .001 second left.

It was an awesome shot. This should get him some more (much deserved) exposure. He is a solid player, and if they can keep him and my boy Brook Lopez in town, they will have a nice combo. Plus whoever they get in 2010...

Looks like Marbury will be a Celtic within the next few days. Negotiations started as soon as the buyout was official. Boston is going the completely wrong direction here. If they take away minutes from Rondo and/or House to fit him in, they are stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. They need to be worried more about filling a big man spot for when Perkins gets in foul trouble, which is frequent. Davis and Powe just aren't big enough to carry the load against every team in the league. They need another true big man, where PJ Brown fit last year (and helped them through some major games)

I agree, the Celts are complete idiots if they add Marbury to the roster. They have great team chemistry ( I know, I, a die hard LA fan, just gave boston a compliment.:D) and they only thing signing Marbury will do is disturb that. I haven't even thought about PJ Brown's loss and James Posey's loss until now, but they do obviously miss them both...

Immensely. I called that one when they let Posey sign with NO, while they yanked around going after someone else that was a free agent at the time (can't remember who it was). As a Laker fan, you know what those guys meant to that team. They have a very soft spot without them. Posey gave them clutch threes and great defense on anyone in the league. Brown was Brown....big guy, filled the lane, made the minor, yet key plays, and would lay the physical play on someone when it was needed.

Without a doubt... I couldn't count how many times that I woke the neighbors at 11:30 at night screaming at the top of my lungs over a wide open Posey three during last year's finals...:irked: Brown provided that post presence when KG was resting that Big Baby can't fulfill because of his size. Brown also had a very descent mid-long range game too.

I am waiting to see what Adam Morrison can do as a Laker, where he will obviously be under less pressure to be a star player. I don't think that he has even gotten into a game yet...

Haha, I wondered if he had even played yet. It's one of those you have to wait and see what happens. I don't know what to expect.

i remember how house and marbury got into it one game..i wonder how well they wpould do as teamates fighting for the same minutes..

oh well..no love lost for the celtics anyhow
