You just dont see them that often around here. Even so, the Land Rover would be a blast :D I love Land Rovers, but I dont know much about them. Looks like you are just having a ball picking out toys to fix!! I would love to have project vehicle, just dont have money resources at the moment. Do you do anything with the s15?

I don't do much with the S15, it's just a daily run-around. The guy that owned it in Japan had spent quite a bit on it tho and is set up to get the tail out very easily if the mood takes:D I've lost count of the amount of times i've been asked 'Is that a Skyline?' while i've been filling it up:screwy:

Land Rovers are really easy to work with, every thing is just bolted on. As long as it's not rusting away it's all good. Going to unbolt and remove the roof when the weather warms up again. It's going to be a present for my dad next year (he loves them too!) then it's time for the BV206 project, here's me leaving a brown stain in one earlier this year. They're great!

5.4L? Real curious as to your combination as I have several friends with some built Fords and to see the number your talking would require a bit more than what I seen in your pics than a re-worked Eaton....Not calling you out, just curious to know what your old combination was, seeing you dont run it no more.

He could have a teksid block. I think some of the 03/04 cobra guys use them. I know some are 351s which is probably 5.8 liters. I doubt he has a 4v 5.4 and the engine sits too low in the car to be a 2v 5.4. Mustangs with Lightning engines have huge...HUGE cowls or they just cut a whole in a more moderate cowl.

Subtract 2 cylinders and try again lol....

Now we're on to something! ;)

4.2L pushrod V6. Reworked Eaton almost being over spun, and in the past I have run an NX kit on top of the boost for cooling and additional power. Have more time /effort put into suspension than the drive train though.
