Aahh, greenhills, one of my favorite night spots back then. May nagkakarera pa rin ba doon? You guys should join the contest. I envy you guys cuz you got accesss to my favorite fish " asain arowana". Kriztu - flat nose in the house :D

pinoy here too, acutally just came back from ortigas, manila this morning...was there for 4 days and i loved it...took some pics of a aquarium convention at the STAR mall, and some local manila fish stores...what amazed me the most was the prices!!! for both fish and aquarium acessories...super cheap, wish i lived there...
 
fish convention at starmall??? i havnt heard of that! til when un pare? starmall sa edsa ba?

I'm working in Manila at the moment and will be here for another month or so. I'm totally loving it here. Wish i did not have to go home to the UK.

Can any of you guys from Manila let me know where the local pet stores or fish shows are so I can take a look and take some pics.

I will be taking a tour this weekend so any ideas of where to go looking for nice fish would be appreciated. I have decided to stay away from the night life this weekend...:D

Seen one pet shop in one of the malls but all i seen in there was a nice RD in a tiny little tank and the rest were barbs and tetras. Really want to see some monsters.

Good to see all the pinoy MFK'ers involved here! :headbang2 I too am filipino, but unfortunately... have never had the opportunity to go and visit my roots. hopefully, sometime in the near future i will. :)

Guys in manila, Help Tracy out ! Tracy - try pming The Trust as he just visited the philippines a couple of months back and he visited some good lfs out there.

So hows manila? Hot i presume?
