talaga? dont tell me you dont miss rice...... its a crisis here, even the US is having a hard time importing rice from japan and thailand. here at home, it depends on the province you're at, some have enough rice, like here in bohol while some have none at all. provinces are limiting rice 'export' to other provinces to ensure constant supply for the home front....to the horror of other governors who now have to rely on the national government's NFA and imports from vietnam and thailand
