Mice for arowana - who regularly does this?

If you want to beef up your aro, mealworms, crickets & other insects are the way to go, not mice. Insect meat has MUCH more protein than mammal meat! Not saying mice are bad for your aro, and I'm sure the occasional mouse wont hurt, ounce for ounce mealworms just gunna beef it up more, especially the bigger ones. I'd also suggest superworm if they weren't banned in NZ.

My opinion on this is that it fine In Moderation just like everything else u shouldn't feed it only pellets only mice only crickets or only anything I would do: 1 mouse a week 3 days of cricket meal worms or the likes and 3 day of arowana sticks

In the wild they eat everything because they must survive!! in the aquarium they need you to feed them!! So ..treet them with love ! Do not feed them mouse!!

"It won't beef an Arowana up"the body only uses what nutrition it needs... Arowana or any fish for that matter should grow at the speed they were meant to grow.. overfeeding is the worst thing you can do to a fish of any species... better they go a little hungary then overfed... please keep him on the normal diet..what they eat in the wild may have to last them a month before they eat again... they also have so much more exercise in the deep waters of their origin.. they are in a small tank with us..in comparison.. do not overfeed and beef up if you want your Arowana to remain healthy.
