maybe it's all a part of a bigger plan. maybe he'll rise back to the top just to get a taste and then have everything taken away from him forever. who knows. all i know is i love a success story that involves overcoming self inflicted wounds. it'll inspire people by showing no matter how dark things may be, light always reappears.

if you believe in God, you'd have to believe God gave him the money and the opportunity to get a second chance. Think about all the things that had to happen. Goodell had to let him back in the league. philly had to sign him. philly had to trade mcnabb. kolb had to get hurt. Vick had to be prepared to take advantage of the opportunity when kolb got hurt. Andy Reid had to believe that Vick gave the team a better chance to win then kolb did. All of those things had to happen and if you believe in God, you have to believe God played a hand in that.

you'd also have to believe that God allowed him to run the dog fighting ring too

Agreed, Brady is mvp.

goodell let him back in because of all the contravercy and money it would bring in ,and what a story it would be( if he had such a come back)... the eagles planned on gettin rid of mcnabb..kolb was a project and vick was going to be the starter anyway why els would they have 3 qb's ...its sad how american people can forget about what he has done and stick up an defend someone that only cares about him self and shows no remorse for what he has done........but thats how i see it.......

no remorse? no matter what the man could do, it'd never be enough for people like you. Sports is sports. i view it like my favorite artists. i like my artists for what they represent and how they portray themselves AS an artist. i don't care about their personal life or if anything they're singing about is true. Snoop and ice cube are argueably the greatest "gangster rappers"...they both have wives and kids and live a normal life. i know that. you know that. i judge my athletes on what they do on the field, court, etc. i'm too old to idolize them like i did when i was a lil boy. So naturally i don't care what vick, kobe, big ben, ron artest, plexico burress, ray lewis, tiger wood etc etc have done off the field.

enough for people like me... no it never would be enough ... what he did could never change and y would u care ?????? im a grown man that understands right from wrong ...and what he did was extreamly wrong in a sinister way....im not calling u out im just saying in general about american people....everyone has diff thoughts and mine happends to be diff than yours..but atleast we agree on the mvp...:)

we can agree on that and we can agree that he doesn't deserve another dog and he's stupid for saying it outloud

If you saw the Giants vs Eagles game where the Eagles rallied and scored 28 points in the 4th quarter to win 38 to 31, you would believe that Vick should be MVP for 2010. Vick is an exciting player. He can run and he can throw the ball. Eagles are in 1st place in the NFC East.

Im looking at just the football aspect of his ability and not what he done in the past, the prison time.
Amazing game, and he should be 2010 MVP! :headbang2

You guys don't believe in the rehabilitation process at all? That saddens me. Someone can only do so much to redeem themselves. If you follow the story off the field you would know that Mike Vick has done and is still doing a lot to try making up for what he did. Not trying to right the wrong, just trying to do something right now. What happened can't be undone and he acknowledges that whenever it comes up.

I'm a NYG fan for life and still prefer Mike Vick over most of the NFL's pampered princesses. He's the man.

I'd like for him to stay here but I don't think we have the money to keep him.

the team can franchise him and they'd only be paying a lil over 1 mil more next year for the qb position if they kept him and kolb. not sure where money is a problem? here's a quote

In 2010, Kevin Kolb is earning $11.4 million and Michael Vick is earning $5.2 million. The Eagles are paying $16.6 million total, just slightly more than a typical franchise tag.
If Vick is worth $15.42 million next season, the Eagles will only pay $16.82 million for the quarterback position, because Kolb makes just $1.4 base salary next season.
