You can fish the whole river from shore if you want but i suggest neoprene waders to get to the really good holes:naughty:
 
nice too bad i won't be able to go...


better watch its only a matter of time before "oscarum monstarum" find this thread

Don't be a wuss. Us over here on the West Coast don't use waders. ;)
 
a buddy of mine has talked about taking me up to his cabin up in baldwin to go, really hope i do...

I just moved here from Riverside county CA last year....

90% of the water around where we were was no body contact water or dont want your body to contact water :WHOA:

Baldwin,MI.(lake county) is a haven for fishing. Theres like 156 lakes and 58 designated trout and salmon rivers/streams in just that county. You will enjoy it im sure...:headbang2
 
Man! This is pushing it for me even more! My cousin just sent me a text picture of a 15lb chinook salmon he just caught. He told me they are starting to run here in WI. Cant wait catch some more. Last year I only had 1hr to fish and sure tried my best to take advantage of my time. Caught about 10 salmon, but was only able to pull up 2. Too much bass fishing got me pulling them in like a bass which was a big mistake.

Post more pics! I'd love to see more. I'll post some too in 2 weeks when I go.
 
1 more week and its " FISH ON "..:headbang2with this cold snap all we need is a little more rain..
