Micro marble not happy

Been having some trouble with one tank recently
Woke up.today and found fosh upside down some breathing heaviy at the surface etc

Not good. Did a quick water change added some stress coat, lowered water level and mostly seem a bit happier.

Here is my 6 " male atm .. he doesnt look happy.

Did u test peram?....what kind of gravel is that looks sharp

I would recommend sectioning him off from the rest of them so that he does not get stressed any further.

Also lights out and possibly a little bit of salt.

Anytime I rays act funny salt it is my first medication...

I still have him so i guess he was,but his pattern is very rough atm due to.recent problems.
He is one of two small males i have.
His pattern was amazing till i moved him. Then it was good again then i neglected them all (life) and bought poor quality food but now his pattern is coming back again.

Marbles eh. Not the easiest to keep lol.
