i feed bio gold daily.
i also add, catelope, cucumbers, mysis and bloodworms.

cucumbers are for the pleco but my midas eats what ever goes in the tank.

I Feed Hikari Cichlid Staple, and Gold for a daily diet but I feed market shrimp, BloodWorm cubes, Brine Shrimp cubes, crickets, pea's and krill.

If you're having problems with the Midas hogging the food, just reduce the size of the pellets. He won't be able to steal it all as easily.

Bio gold and gold daily. Krill, massivore, cichlid delight, earthworms, crickets and bloodworms as treats.
I just ordered some excel. I'm going to try that to get some more vegetable based foods
