Midas in an outdoor So. Cal pond do-able?

If the pond is quite large then the temp changes should be irreleavent seeing as how larger bodies of water dont flucuate much. I think the natural UV light will really redden him up, I say do it and make sure u post pics before and after so there is comparison.

Believe it or not the UV light makes a huge difference! Ever seen a goldfish that has been kept out doors? Koi's are the exact same way..... insane vibrant colors! I'm gonna work on my brother.... he's go a pretty good size Koi pond and I'll see if I can't section off a part of it to use as a "Midas Chamber". Hopefully it won't escape and kill his Koi!
