It takes time (usually a bit more lol). Your fish is bouncing back really fast actually- you can certainly see improvements all around when you compare to the earlier pics. I had a paradise fish I rescued that took about a year and a half for his eyes to clear up and 4 years to defeat a tumor but he did.
