I would separate that pair and raise the male by himself.

Thats why I am growing out the dominent male of their offspring. Besides, their is no aggression other then towards the kids. lol. She has her cave and he has his. Besides, Having a pair is what I enjoy.

No, just bought 4 Different Hakari pellets, Warley Pellets and flakes, Omega, Topfin flakes and pellets, Aqueon Jumbo Cichlid Sticks, Tetra flakes and some Krill.

oh i see. yea ive seen many around my area at my lfs but their devil/midas and i havent seen any original midas

Yeah, sucks we got to drop a crap load of cash to get pure Midas or Red Devils. But it was well worth it.

Nice, Yeah. I feed them. What they can eat within 10mins 5 times a day and I buy only the best food. So they are pricey. I think the mix of food I made was around $80-$100. Thats 3 diferent large containers of flakes, 7 kinds/types of different pellets, and Krill. Nothing but the best for my guys.

Its funny how we sacrafice our nutritional well being for our fish.
