i knew it, i saw this big guy at ocean blue too, and i was wondering the reason that no one has taken it yet. i love how its eyes aren't pop out like the usual cichlids, its eyes are almost hidden in the eye sockets, very cool

I think no one wanted to take him because of the price he had before, otherwise i wouldnt of got him either.

Wow, I really like him!! I have know idea what color mine is going to end up...he has gone from the baby with strips, to black an orange, to just orange, then had some black on his fins, back to orange and now is getting white on him....who knows where he'll end up, but I believe him to be a Midas/RD mix...he has blue eyes though, not sure if that means anything..but my RD has Redish eyes.

Anyway VERY nice looking Midas!
