I would love to know what Midas eat in the wild? I have seen literally 20 to 30 (midas) and they will not bite anything please help

I understand guys in Miami get them with bread in the hooks....so they tell me

have you tried catfish cheese? You get it at the tackle shop it comes in a bag. It's the stickiest stuff out there. Smells like massivore mixed with peanut butter. Especially if the water is cloudy it will get their attention.
