Yea and my gold saum female is about 6 inches (I've posted it already in the saum pic sticky thread) and so I must be doing something right when it comes to feeding. One thing to note is she didn't really have any drastic color changes.

You are right to be tooting your own horn. You are doing something right with feeding for sure, the growth on that labiatus/citrinellum is very impressive. Keep up the good work bro and post some more pics in a few months.

Thanks a lot. She is a very passive fish most of the time. She seems to be more of a peacemaker than anything although it seems that once she has made up her mind that she doesn't like a fish (or other creature) then the end is near.

She has killed a pleco and a crawfish so far. But my new pleco and my other crawfish she leaves alone with no problem. Gives chase to my green terror and convict but they always seem to just be warning shots and occur very seldom.

I will post some more pics in a month or so probably.
