Midevil? I think hybrid

He's a great fish, Iv kept all sorts over the years but he is really nasty at times, I only have to put my hand in a little bit and he attacks, and he's only 5"!
Water changes are a nightmare lol

But I think from now I will be saying he's a RD X Mayan, because it's quite apparent the Mayan features are very prominent! Still maybe as he grows I can confirm more.
I defiantly what to do a post with full updates and a comparative photos with Mayans aswell.

someone suggested he's a Flowerhorn, please people..... he's not is he? I like flowerhorns, but i dont want a fish that will die in a year or so!
They said in the LFS he was a Red Devil x, but they couldnt remember for certain the other parent, surely he would like more like a flowerhorn??
 
Simply Midas x red parrot type fish. For sure.
 
My old Midas and kkp had a batch. I picked one out. He's the one with black on his head. His name was Pink Guy. A few random short ones like parrot from same batch too. Like 3-4


Your's is a nice one though. Simply a nice looking fish
