Might be getting a project car! 2000 Camaro ss

Im seriously looking into getting a 2000 Camaro SS as a project car. What do you guys think about a Camaro SS? Who has a camaro? I am trying to get one that has a black exterior and a black leather interior. I want to make it a beast I told my cousin about this and he said i wouldn't match the camaro because im asian lol.

The LS1 is a great platform. I might pass on buying a 'project' since they are pretty easy to find in good shape.
