might be pickin up a 300g

wow, free 300g, that's awesome!!! If you want small colorful fish I'd say go with african cichlid's. Big tank's look great with a hundred or so hiding spot's.
 
now with pics. 96"x24"x30" a little scratched up, but free. a lot of what you see are reflections not scatches. its upside down in the pics

Nice pick up, but what kind of help do you want with stocking? You want ideas or for people to give you fish to stock it with?
 
A 300 gal tank free from a co-worker?!?!? WOW!!! All my co-workers give me is a hard time. You can do lots with that tank. Jags RD's GT's some cats, barbs as dithers just get it up and running and post lots of pics.

i would definitely mix in some Bichirs to that

I'm just looking for ideas. I have mainly kept sa/ca cichlids and piranhas, but I think with this size tank I have many more possibilities that I'm not aware of. So I thought I would see if any one had some good ideas.
