I don't even try to breed the turtles mainly because I lack the appropriate conditions to provide, in the same enclosure, an apt dry space ( beyond the basking places I provide ) for them to lay their eggs.
I find egss, in the water, on a regular basis ( and Staurotypus ones, at that ), but I think I would strectch the line a bit too much ( it is always in some "tension", heheh ) with all the tanks, the turtles, the snakes, ( the rats in the freezer ) if now I started putting eggs incubating ...
