Assets are probably protected yes, but there is possible charges for passing bad checks.

If you do get the rays I would be shocked if they are pure BD anyways. The ones I seen a while back on AB looked to be more of BD/Leo. Which can be nice but not of the value you paid.

In this case I can go after him personally- the check he wrote (that bounced) has his personal signature. Therefore I can go after his personal assets.

His business website is still up http://www.h2ocustomaquatics.com/ . Also his vendor forum is still active here on here. So he is replacing your the platinum gar that you ordered with a black diamond instead?

No personal assets could come into play if courts rule that he commited fraud being ownership to benefit financially. I have seen it happen with judgements and liens before with frozen assets. Only asset they can't get is retirement pensions or annuity. If he is dumb enough to bounce a check he isn't smart enough to put his assets beforehand into some type of protected asset. It's to late now after the fact. I would lawyer up with a class action lawsuit while making a claim to authorities since multiple parties are invovled. If he did that to me he would have feds at the door steps turning his life upside down right now wishing he never was born.

Where is this vendor's forum on MFK? As far as I know, the vendor was removed a long time ago when he was banned from the site.
 
I wonder if he sold internationally? If he committed fraud on that wow this guy might find Ft. Leavenworth for his home for a long time.
