Unfortunately, my new job does not allow me to any longer solicit fish online..

Waldo will be taking over the XoticAquatix forum section, and be the main concact for XoticAquatix..

I am also not allowed to participate in any on-line conversation regarding my company, pets, or pet products.. however, I don't see that stopping me from posting on MFK anytime soon. I will still be here to help newcomers and frequent my favorite forum sections.

I still plan to house fish in my basement, as a hobbyist, in which Waldo will have the ability to purchase fish from me and do what he wants with them..

I will continue to share photos, information, and anything I can legally offer to MFK without causing conflict of interest with my new employers. If anything stretches the boundries of what I am allowed to do, I will not participate in that. It is not worth being terminated for..

By now, most of you have guessed where I have recently got a job. I am not allowed to comment on it, so don't ask. Let's just say I am taking on 'The Evil Empire'..

So, Root for Miles.. because when all the LFS are gone, and Miles is in the corporate office doing the fish orders for the entire country, I will keep the MFK hobbyist in mind. I might just be your last shining ray of hope for a 'big box' pet store to ever carry rare/exotic fish..

So before you go bashing and stereotyping these type of stores, Keep in mind, that far and few between there is employees like ME, who are knowledgable and are going to make a big difference in the long run. :thumbsup:
 
Ok, wel ljust make sure that puffers are no longer labeled as "community fish". :ROFL: :ROFL: But your scaring me when you say "when all the lfs's are gone". Not sure why or what you meant.
 
He means that "The Evil Empire" is pretty much running all of the mom and pop stores out of buisness.

good luck, im happy that you are still staying on MFK you have helped out alot of people here including myself. the info and kowledge you bring here is flawless...

p.s. be sure to import some rare fish into your stores so that they can be mislabeled and i can buy them! LOL

hahaha i thought he meant when i first read that he was gonna work for the fish and wildlife but then he started talking about corporations and lfs' hahaha
