Milk or Coral?

Is this a milk snake or coral snake? If it is milk, what species is it? Is it rare too?

Looks like an orange apricot pueblan milksnake to me. The rule of thumb is if red touches yellow it's coral. This really looks like an orange apricot pueblan to me though. Not too rare but very beautiful.
