Mini Jag?

My lfs has this jag but i was told it was a subspecies that stayed small and was all black in coleration had the jag body and everything but the guy who works there owned it for a while and said it was pretty docile to the point of scholling with feeders Any ideas what this ia?

NO the guy isnt a jerk off like you guys suspect he told me a scientific name but i forgot it and it was with a juvie a little smaller then it but ive seen it for a month but it hasnt grown. Also it lived in a ponf for 8 months.

I'd like to see pics. I'm not saying your guy is wrong, but I'd think we'd have already seen a "mini jag" here on MFK if it did in fact exist. So, get us some pics.

Parachromis Friedrichsthalii look like Jags and I think they're smaller.
