How long you plan on keeping that arowana in the breeder net? :screwy:

id be more worried about the oscars....should have thought that buy through....

one this says 55gal the other says 75gal....

Your setup looks awesome. :)

i would agree with you on the decor but even that rtcxtsn was a bad choice with aro growouts. that cat should be 18"+ before the aros get to 15" and it will eat them, i have had it happen. cat aside the oscars will have done there damage first.

I agree that he must find a solution for that. I was just talking about the decor. That tank looks awesome. The biggest problem at the moment is the rtc. Thats just my humble opinion.

place that in a 125 gallon tank:

Beside that Arowanas are part of RTC natural diet. They feed on them regulary in their natural habitat. The RTC grow rate is much higher than that of an Arowana. The Arowana will soon be RTC food. That said, you should stick to guppy and goldfish.

Some of the tank size recommendations on here are kind of absurd.... however for an RTC its not. They are enormous powerful animals that need a good amount of room.... and yes it will eat your aro... check out my thread on what RTC's have taken down in terms of other members stock.. its pretty interesting/enlightening.
