yea I really like Exodons, but i couldn't find any. Any idea where to buy them. and How many do you think would fit in my 29gal

You could either order them online as suggested above, or you could see if your lfs will order them for you.

They seem to do well in shoals of 10 or more. You could probably put at least 10 in a 29 gal if you have enough filtration.

i like Rams they're pretty neat and pretty active fish i'm not sure that they qualify as mini monsters but they sure are fun to watch
