thanks guys for the input really looking for some one to tell me what kind of bulb i can use that is the size of the one in my light fixture if any that will be power full enough to accomplish what i am trying to do thanks to all that have responded.

The tank seems too small. Perhaps a large wooden box? An overhead lighting will work better and remove the top. How about metal halide to increase lighting for the plant? They tend to do better with high lighting and keep lighting on for 10-12 hours. As for ferts, if you have rabbits or any other mammals, their poo is great as fertilizers. You can buy fertilizers in garden centers as well. The tank water also works due to possible high nitrate level by the fish wastes. This is better than using tapwater when watering the plants.
