I'd go with a 125 as well, that will give plenty of room for the female to hide and if need be you could make a tank divider if you have to seperate them. A 75 is a nice tank, but a 125 is much more impressive looking.
Cool. I currently have the male in a 60 gallon and I have a 125g 6ft community tank. Once I move I think I will find him a mate and put them in the 125. Also will upgrade the community guys to a bigger tank. Thanks for your input guys. I was worried that the 125 would not be big enough for a pair.
