I'm getting quotes for large custom tanks, and deciding I might just keep this armatus long term. So my question is what is the lowest height I can get away with for an armatus if the tank foot print is good? Are shallow tanks too stressful for armatus? I just recently got quoted for a 8x5x18" and I know raising the height would jump the price so that I'd have to cut the width down a couple feet. Would you armatus owners recommend?

You'll need about 3' for a full grown, adult armatus. Keep in mind that a 2' adult army will be about 10' thick in the middle. An 18" tank just won't do it. Sorry bro. :(

Armatus is about 6" or so right now. Haha growing but not extremely fast cause I've been feeding only hikari pellets. And darn ok haha, I'm gonna have to rethink my plan a bit lol. May just have to find a nice used one then lol

Holy snap I want it! Dude this dude need to reserve it for me :(, hopefully something like that deal will be up next year... Still a little more to save up, and waiting like 8 months before me and my girlfriend move kn together so that I'll have room
