at my LFS they often sell at less than full price because they get brought in and sit there for a whle..then they go on clearance.
not many people are crazy enough like all of us to want a tank that big![]()
No, just that my house is not on a foundation, but on stilts in the ground. It's kinda hard to explain, but I doubt the whole house could hold 2400 lbs.12 Volt Man;1895114; said:are you planning on putting this monster tank on a second floor?
I know that I am not buying a new place without a basement - since even the 150 that I would like to get is a bit too heavy for a second floor spot IMO. unless its poured concrete between levels.
I guess it depends on the construction..

It's on dirt, with wooden beams hoising it above the dirt. Underground where the dirt is, we use it for storage of not very expensive stuff.Nic;1895180; said:its not on a slab atleast?? gravel or just dirt??
I'm not gonna have any leg room if my house implodes. 600 lbs is a big difference.Dynamite;1895208; said:I said 300 as then if or for any reason you may have some extra leg room in there which i can come in very handy.
