I haven't been to the MN Zoo since I was probably 9 years old. What parts of it are indoors and hence open in January? I am also looking into getting a bus to take us from store to store so that we can all save some gas and stick together. Let me know if you all like that idea.

I'm sure if we get a big enough group we could get a good group rate. I think we did that at Underwater Adventures. Plus it would be really cool to go behind the scenes at the zoo.

Or we could all go up to Duluth and see their Great Lakes Aquarium. It's pretty sweet. I think they have a touch pool with freshwater stingrays. Check out their site. http://www.glaquarium.org/

It would be cool this year if we could do a behind the scenes tour of the Minnesota Zoo. Anyone have connections? Matt? Eric?
