when we gonna get a set date, time, schedule, tranportation, meeting place,...etc. someone has got to take charge and set this up. from reading the comments i don't think we are going to be able to include everyone interested no matter what date we choose, so just do the sensible thing and choose the date most of us want/need.

probably just go with the most number of votes! best way to do it! I didnt vote for the 17th because i will be in CO snowboarding, but if thats the day with the most votes, thats the day it should be.
